2. Our Services

LSG Ltd. provides done-for-you Amazon business support services, including:

  • Amazon store setup
  • Product research
  • Supplier sourcing support
  • Launch management
  • Listing support
  • Operational guidance
  • Growth support
  • Advertising and optimization support

Our service is designed to help clients build, launch, and grow an Amazon store. We provide strategy, execution support, and operational guidance. However, the client remains the owner of the business, store, inventory, and related assets.

3. Client Ownership

The client owns 100% of their Amazon store and business from day one, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This may include, where applicable:

  • Amazon seller account
  • Store assets
  • Product listings
  • Inventory
  • Supplier relationships
  • Brand assets created specifically for the client
  • Business operations connected to the store

LSG Ltd. does not claim ownership of the client’s store or business unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Client Costs and Payments

Our service fee is typically a one-time fee of USD $2,500, although pricing may vary depending on the client, package scope, agreed services, promotions, and commercial terms.

In addition, LSG Ltd. may charge or receive 10% of net profits, where agreed with the client.

The client is responsible for all third-party costs related to building and operating the business, including but not limited to:

  • Product inventory
  • Supplier payments
  • Shipping and logistics
  • Amazon fees
  • Advertising spend
  • Software tools
  • VAT, tax, accounting, or legal costs
  • Product samples
  • Packaging
  • Product photography
  • Any other operational expenses

Where needed, LSG Ltd. may assist the client with understanding or making these payments, but the client remains responsible for funding and approving them.

5. No Guaranteed Results

LSG Ltd. may provide examples, case studies, client results, projections, averages, or product calculations for educational and marketing purposes.

However, results are not guaranteed.

Revenue, profit, rankings, sales volume, return on investment, time to first sale, store performance, and business outcomes vary between clients and depend on many factors, including but not limited to:

  • Product selection
  • Product demand
  • Market competition
  • Supplier availability
  • Pricing
  • Inventory levels
  • Advertising budget
  • Customer reviews
  • Amazon policies
  • Shipping timelines
  • Client responsiveness
  • External market conditions
  • Changes in fees, rules, or marketplace algorithms

Any example shown on our website, ads, calls, or materials should not be understood as a promise, guarantee, or assurance that the client will achieve the same or similar results.

6. Average First Sale and Launch Claims

LSG Ltd. may refer to internal performance data, including statements such as average client first sale timelines or number of store launches.

Where such claims are made, they are based on internal records and past client experience. They are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.

Past performance does not guarantee future performance.

7. Work Until Launch Guarantee

LSG Ltd. offers a work until launch guarantee.

This means that where a client has paid for our service and provides the required information, cooperation, approvals, and funding, we will continue working on the agreed setup and launch process until the store is launched, subject to the terms of the agreement.

This guarantee does not mean that:

  • Sales are guaranteed
  • Profit is guaranteed
  • A specific product will succeed
  • A specific launch date is guaranteed
  • Amazon approval is guaranteed
  • Advertising results are guaranteed

The guarantee applies to our commitment to continue working toward launch within the agreed service scope.

8. Refund Policy

LSG Ltd. offers a refund of the service fee where there are no results tracked within 90 days after payment, subject to review and verification.

For the purpose of this clause, “results” may include meaningful progress, work performed, deliverables completed, launch activity, store setup milestones, product research, supplier sourcing, account preparation, listing preparation, or other measurable work connected to the agreed service.

Refund eligibility may be affected if:

  • The client does not provide required documents or approvals
  • The client delays communication
  • The client fails to fund required third-party costs
  • The client blocks or prevents the launch process
  • The client changes direction repeatedly
  • The client breaches these Terms
  • The client fails to cooperate reasonably with LSG Ltd.

Any refund request must be sent in writing to contact@launchsellgrow.com.

9. Client Responsibilities

To allow LSG Ltd. to perform the service, the client agrees to provide reasonable cooperation, including where required:

  • Identity or business documents
  • Amazon seller account access or setup cooperation
  • Required approvals
  • Startup capital for inventory and launch costs
  • Advertising budget
  • Supplier payment approval
  • Tax or VAT information
  • Product and business preferences
  • Timely communication
  • Any other information needed to build and launch the store

The client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, lawful, and complete.

10. Amazon Account and Marketplace Rules

The client understands that Amazon is a third-party platform with its own policies, approval processes, fees, restrictions, and enforcement systems.

LSG Ltd. is not responsible for:

  • Amazon account suspensions
  • Listing removals
  • Product restrictions
  • Policy changes
  • Marketplace fee changes
  • Inventory delays
  • Customer review outcomes
  • Platform algorithm changes
  • Advertising restrictions
  • Any action taken by Amazon or another marketplace

LSG Ltd. will provide reasonable support and guidance, but final control rests with the marketplace.

11. No Partnership With Amazon

LSG Ltd. is an independent service provider.

Unless expressly stated in writing, LSG Ltd. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially partnered with Amazon.

All third-party names, trademarks, or marketplace references belong to their respective owners.

12. Business and Investment Risk

Starting and operating an online business involves risk.

The client understands that:

  • Products may not sell as expected
  • Advertising costs may vary
  • Profit margins may change
  • Suppliers may delay or fail
  • Inventory may sell slowly
  • Market conditions may change
  • The client may lose some or all money invested into inventory, advertising, or operations

The client is responsible for deciding whether this business model is suitable for their financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.

LSG Ltd. does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

13. Communication and Calls

By submitting your details, booking a call, or requesting information, you agree that LSG Ltd. may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp, or other communication methods you provide.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option where available.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, sales materials, frameworks, designs, systems, documents, videos, training materials, graphics, and service processes created by LSG Ltd. remain the intellectual property of LSG Ltd., unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or share our materials without written permission.

Client-specific store assets created for the client may belong to the client after payment, unless otherwise agreed.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSG Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Lost revenue
  • Lost profit
  • Missed business opportunities
  • Advertising losses
  • Inventory losses
  • Supplier issues
  • Marketplace restrictions
  • Account suspensions
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Client failure to act or fund required costs

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to LSG Ltd. for the service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Force Majeure

LSG Ltd. is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to marketplace changes, supplier disruption, shipping delays, government action, platform outages, payment provider issues, war, strikes, natural disasters, or technical failures.

17. Termination

LSG Ltd. may suspend or terminate services if the client:

  • Fails to pay agreed fees
  • Fails to cooperate
  • Provides false information
  • Acts unlawfully
  • Violates marketplace rules
  • Abuses or threatens team members
  • Breaches these Terms

Termination does not remove the client’s obligation to pay amounts already due.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer protection or local laws require otherwise.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, disputes may be handled in the United Arab Emirates or the United Kingdom, depending on the nature of the claim, the client’s location, and the applicable agreement.

19. Changes to These Terms

LSG Ltd. may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the updated date.
